With initial experience in packaging and shrink labeling machinery, Digby’s expanded his personal expertise over the years to include consumable lines that accompany the machinery.

If Digby is the lifeblood of the business, Leigh is the collective heartbeat. Leigh came to New Zealand with a solid background in banking – this expertise was instrumental to the successful commencement of the D&L Packaging business and its ongoing success ever since.

Tim provides adrenalin to the business and has grown into the role of our Vacpack specialist. Since joining the team, he has established a great amount of expertise in the areas of vacuum packing, tray sealing, cook chill and general food service consumables.

Anne is often the right arm of the business. She is our office admin support person and generally our go-to for all things customer service related. Anne came to us with a wealth of experience in customer service and office admin in the printing/packaging and electrical industry.
