- Based on the product being packaged we will find the best film structure for you.
- Film structures vary depending on your product (liquid, powder, weight etc) and what conditions your packaging is subject to (temperature, puncturing and so on).
- Once the correct film structure has been sorted the next thing to decide is the size. You may already know this, or we can help with trials to get the right fit for your product.
- If you have your own artwork ready that’s great. If not, we can put you in touch with one of our experienced graphic designers. They will work with you to create the perfect look for your product.
- Once we have the final artwork we will supply you with proofs for approval.
- When approved, manufacture can begin.
- Normal lead time is 6-8 weeks from approval.
